Air Fryer Crispy Peas

air fryer peas | GIRLS WHO EAT

These crispy peas are based on the crunchy wasabi peas I always ate growing up! They are 1 ingredient, just peas, with pantry staple spices and take less than 10 minutes to cook up in the air fryer. Peas are a great immune boosting food that are packed with vitamins! These are the perfect midday snacks that will satisfy any crunchy snack cravings and making them in the air fryer is so quick!

To make this recipe, you will need:

  • An Air Fryer
  • Cooked Peas: You will want your peas to be very dry, otherwise they will not turn out crispy. If you have frozen peas, rinse them under warm water for 10-20 seconds and then pat dry with a dish towel
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pepper
  • Oil (to spray the air fryer)

Tips:

  • You can eat the peas plain, use the spices I list in this recipe or add other spice blends you have (just keep measurements the same)

How to Store:

  • I recommend eating and making these the same day, but if you have leftovers, store in a sealed airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
