Wash potatoes well and dry skins, then cut into small even size wedges.
Place wedges in a medium mixing bowl and add olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, and salt and mix together well.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees for 3 minutes.
Add your potatoes to the air fryer and make sure no potatoes overlap each other. You can place a piece of tin foil down first for an easier clean up, but make sure some holes are exposed.
Air fry potatoes at 380 degrees for 11 minutes, then flip potatoes over and air fry for another 7 minutes.
Remove potatoes from the air fryer, squeeze some more lemon juice on top, and ENJOY!
