In a large pan, add sliced onions and ghee and saute over low heat for 25 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Be sure to stir every couple of minutes.
In a pot, steam green beans over medium heat for 10 minutes until they are soft.
While the vegetables cook, mix together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
When onions and green beans are finished cooking, add the vegetables to a large bowl, pour in the dressing and mix everything together well. Then top with pomegranate seeds and ENJOY!
