Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix spices (salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder) and chia seeds in a bowl large enough to fit salmon fillet.
Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry.
Coat the salmon filet fully with avocado oil and then rub on spice chia mixture to coat salmon fully (use a silicone basting brush) including the sides.
Cook salmon for 10-12 minutes and after removing from the oven sprinkle with fresh thyme and ENJOY!
