In a medium bowl, melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing in between.
Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate over it, using a spatula to make sure it is evenly distributed across the pan. Should be about ⅛ inch to ¼ inch thick.
Add berries, nuts, and seeds on top of the bark, evenly distributing it across the chocolate.
Drizzle peanut butter over the chocolate, use a fork to help move it around.
Place the pan in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to allow bark to harden. Remove from the freezer and ENJOY!
