Ingredients  

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • splash of maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Cut the cucumbers and onions into ¼ inch slices and place on a plate.
  • Mix together the dill, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and maple syrup for the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions and mix together. ENJOY!
