Bring a medium pot to a boil and then add the eggs for 10 minutes, making sure to keep the water boiling.
Fill a medium bowl with ice and some water and move eggs to the ice bath to cool when finished. Leave the eggs in the ice bath for 4-5 minutes or until they are fully cool.
Remove the egg shells and then use a wide holed grater to grate the eggs into a medium bowl.
Add in the mayonnaise, fresh parsley, mustard, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds and mix well and ENJOY!
