Easy Mediterranean-Style Tuna Salad

Ingredients  

  • 1 can wild caught tuna
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/8 cup shallot or red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp harissa or paprika

Instructions 

  • Chop your vegetables and onion and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, open tuna and drain and then use a fork to cut it down into smaller pieces.
  • Add the vegetables to the bowl and then add in mayo, capers, garlic powder, and harissa and mix together well. ENJOY with crackers, over a salad, or plain!
