wild caught tuna

cup
cucumber, chopped
1/8
cup
shallot or red onion, chopped
1/4
cup
pepper, chopped
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
1
tbsp
capers
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
harissa or paprika
Instructions
Chop your vegetables and onion and set aside.
In a medium bowl, open tuna and drain and then use a fork to cut it down into smaller pieces.
Add the vegetables to the bowl and then add in mayo, capers, garlic powder, and harissa and mix together well. ENJOY with crackers, over a salad, or plain!
