Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse your chickpeas well.
Using a towel, dry your chickpeas (any moisture will cause them not to crisp). You want them to be as dry as possible. Remove skins if you can (these keep in added moisture).
Add chickpeas to your baking sheet. Add the olive oil and the spices and mix together well. Spread chickpeas out evenly on the baking sheet so none are layered on top of each other.
Bake for 30-40 minutes (until chickpeas are crispy and brown), shaking them halfway through.
Let chickpeas fully cool so they get crispy. Store at room temperature, either in an airtight container or container without a lid (this will keep them crispy). ENJOY!
