  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax or hemp seeds

Instructions 

  • Mix together all ingredients in a container and keep at room temp in a sealed container.
