large garlic heads

olive oil (to fully cover garlic)

sprigs rosemary

parsley
sprinkle of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Remove pieces of garlic from the larger clove and cut the end off of each garlic clove. Peel garlic fully, leaving the clove fully intact.
Add all garlic pieces to the baking pan and cover cloves fully with oil.
Add fresh herbs into the pan with a sprinkle of salt and cook for 20-25 minutes until the garlic cloves are soft.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and ENJOY!
