vine tomatoes (about 2 large tomatoes)

cinnamon
1/4
tsp
salt

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
tbsp
honey
1/2
tsp
ginger, grated
1/2
tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Cut up tomatoes into smaller pieces and then add all of the ingredients into a medium pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and let simmer until the jam thickens, approximately 30-45 minutes.
While the mixture simmers, occasionally mash it with a fork or potato masher so the tomatoes become pureed.
Once thickened, remove from the heat and ENJOY!
