Ingredients  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups oat milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (1/2" long)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Enjoy plain or add hemp seeds, granola, or a nut butter drizzle on top!
