Ingredients  

Cherry Filling

  • 3 cups cherries, halved
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crumble

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp ghee (or butter), melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium pan over low heat, add chopped cherries, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon and cook until filling starts to bubble.
  • While the filling is heating up, combine oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and almond flour in a medium mixing bowl, then mix in melted ghee.
  • In an oven safe dish, spread the cherry filling evenly across the base of the dish.
  • Spread the oat crumble evenly over all of the cherries.
  • Bake for 28-30 minutes or until the top is a golden brown color, then ENJOY!
