Peanut Butter and chocolate is the one of the greatest combos. Since I always crave something sweet after dinner and grew up eating traditional chocolate bars and candy, I knew I had to make a healthy version of Reese’s without any of the added bad stuff. Honestly they taste better and are made with only 5 ingredients. Plus the prep time is less than 10 minutes. I make these regularly because they’re so easy and last a few days in the refrigerator!
These cookies are also dairy free, refined sugar free, and gluten free! It will be hard to not eat the whole batch at once because they are addicting.
Substitution ideas:
- Crunchy peanut butter: you can use creamy PB or another nut butter if you prefer. Just be sure to check all labels to make sure there is no added cane sugar
Tip: depending on how liquidy your peanut butter is, you might need to add in additional coconut flour (start with 1 tablespoon at a time and add as needed)
