This easy to make air fryer cabbage recipe is the perfect snack and a crunchy and delicious way to eat and use up cabbage! Using pantry staple spices like garlic powder, salt, and paprika, this spiced up side dish is ready in under 10 minutes. Making these in the air fryer helps get them crispy, crunch, and cooked quickly.Â
For this recipe, you will need:
- Air Fryer
- Cabbage: red or green cabbage will work
- Olive Oil: I like to use EVOO (extra virgin) since it’s not refined or processed
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Salt
Tips:
- Precut your raw cabbage and store it in the refrigerator in advance to save meal prep time
- You can make a large batch of these and snack on them throughout the week
- Mix this up by adding any of your favorite spices instead of the ones in this recipe, just keep measurements the same
- Add salt based on your preference
- Air fryers may vary based on size and type so cook time may vary and you may need to adjust times
How to Store:
- Store in a sealed airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (you may lose some crunch) and warm up in the microwave!
