Ingredients  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • drizzle of Soom Dark Chocolate Tahini

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Make cookie dough balls that are 2-3 tbsp in size and place on a baking sheet. Flatten down using your hand or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake cookies for 10 -12 minutes until the outside is lightly golden brown and top with a chocolate drizzle and ENJOY!
