Rinse your shrimp and pat dry well.
In a mixing bowl, add shrimp, olive oil, and blackened seasoning and mix together well.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees for 4 minutes and then line the base of the air fryer with tin foil (make sure to leave some holes in the air fryer visible).
Add shrimp, making sure they don’t overlap and cook for 5 minutes at 380 degrees, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
While shrimp cook, make cabbage mango slaw and heat up tortillas in a hot pan over medium heat.
Add cabbage to the tortilla and top with shrimp, and a fresh squeeze of lime, and ENJOY!
