Peel your carrots and cut them into ½ inch even sticks. Place in a medium mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt and mix together well.
Preheat the air fryer at 380 degrees for 4 minutes.
Line the air fryer with a piece of tin foil to limit the mess for cleanup, but make sure some holes in the base are visible.
Add in your carrots, making sure to not overlap any and cook for 8 minutes. If you want them crispier, cook for another 2 minutes. Continue until all carrots are cooked.
