air fryer carrot fries | GIRLS WHO EAT

This carrot fry recipe is a fun way to eat carrots with simple pantry spices and only 5 ingredients. Making them in the air fryer makes them crispy and cooked in under 10 minutes. These are a great snack or appetizer for any meal. Plus carrots are a great source of vitamin A (beta-carotene) and fiber.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Peeler
  • Carrots: I used rainbow carrots but any carrots will work
  • Olive Oil: I used EVOO (extra virgin) because it’s not refined or processed
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt

Tips:

  • Try and cut your carrots into even strips so they cook properly
  • Air fryer cooking time may vary based on brand and size of air fryer
  • Peel your carrots first
  • You can peel and slice your carrots in advance and store them in the refrigerator in a sealed airtight container for a day before making these

How to Store:

  • These are best eaten right away to maintain the crispiness, but they can be stored once cooled in a sealed airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days!
