Rinse your acorn squash well, then slice off the top and bottoms. Cut your acorn squash horizontally to create 1-2 inch rings Place the cut squash pieces in a medium mixing bowl.
Preheat your air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees.
While the air fryer heats up, add oil, maple syrup, paprika, and salt to the mixing bowl and coat squash well.
Place the squash in the air fryer, making sure that pieces are not overlapping and cook for 12 minutes. Shake and flip halfway (6 minute mark). Repeat this until all of the squash is cooked! ENJOY!
