Cut your onion in half horizontally then cut 1 inch thick circles and separate the rings so they are individual pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and breadcrumbs.
Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
Preheat the air fryer at 390 degrees for 4 minutes.
Dip the onion into the egg and then into the almond flour breadcrumb mix to coat each piece.
Spray the base of the air fryer with oil.
Line the base of the air fryer with the coated onion rings and be sure not to stack any on top of each other.
Air fry onion rings at 390 for 7 minutes. Check to see if they are crispy! If they aren’t, cook them for an extra 2 minutes. Continue until all onion rings are cooked and ENJOY!
