  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil to coat air fryer

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and breadcrumbs.
  • Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 390 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • Dip the onion into the egg and then into the almond flour breadcrumb mix to coat each piece.
  • Spray the base of the air fryer with oil.

  • Air fry onion rings at 390 for 7 minutes. Check to see if they are crispy! If they aren’t, cook them for an extra 2 minutes. Continue until all onion rings are cooked and ENJOY!
