Ingredients  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • black sesame seeds to top bagels
  • oil (avocado, coconut, or olive oil)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a doughnut pan.
  • Mix together wet ingredients (eggs, vinegar, milk, maple syrup) until blended well.
  • Add in dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, tapioca flour, salt) and mix together until smooth.
  • Add mixture to the doughnut pan and spread across evenly.
  • Top with black sesame seeds or any toppings to your liking.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden around edges. Remove from the oven and let cool then ENJOY!
