Blueberry Hemp Seed Jam

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  • Turn the heat down to a low simmer and let cook for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
  • Use a fork to mash blueberries and turn the mixture into a jam.
  • If the jam is too watery, let it sit over low heat longer to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool, then ENJOY!
