blueberries (frozen or fresh)

tbsp
honey
1/4
tsp
vanilla
1/2
tbsp
hemp seeds
1/2
tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down to a low simmer and let cook for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
Use a fork to mash blueberries and turn the mixture into a jam.
If the jam is too watery, let it sit over low heat longer to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool, then ENJOY!
