can cannellini beans

garlic clove, minced

lemon juice
salt and pepper

olive oil

tahini

water
Instructions
Remove the beans from the can and rinse under cold water for 1 minute.
Place all ingredients in a high power blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
ENJOY with vegetables, crackers, bread, or tortilla chips!
