Ingredients  

  • 1 15oz can cannellini beans
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Remove the beans from the can and rinse under cold water for 1 minute.
  • Place all ingredients in a high power blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • ENJOY with vegetables, crackers, bread, or tortilla chips!
