Ingredients  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup romesco sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp aquafaba (keep from chickpeas)
  • 1/8 cup water
  • salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Drain the chickpeas under cold water for about 1 minute - make sure to save a little but of the water to use in the recipe.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place hummus in a bowl and top with a little olive oil, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, oregano and ENJOY!
