Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut figs in half and place in oven for 10 minutes or until soft.
Remove figs from oven and let cool.
In a high power blender or food processor, add in all ingredients, except figs, and blend until smooth.
Add in roasted figs and stir into nice cream.
Enjoy right away or store in the freezer to indulge in at a later time. To store in the freezer: place into a plastic or class container that has a lid. ENJOY!
