  • Parchment Paper
  • Food Processor

Ingredients  

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dairy free milk
  • 6 roasted figs, halved

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut figs in half and place in oven for 10 minutes or until soft.
  • Remove figs from oven and let cool.
  • In a high power blender or food processor, add in all ingredients, except figs, and blend until smooth.
  • Add in roasted figs and stir into nice cream.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the freezer to indulge in at a later time. To store in the freezer: place into a plastic or class container that has a lid. ENJOY!
