Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and oil the inside of the ramekins, making sure to get all sides coated well.
In a small bowl or cup, add chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat in microwave for 30 seconds (if not melted after 30 seconds, mix and heat for another 15 seconds).
In a bowl, mix together egg, egg yolk, salt, coconut sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add in chocolate and coconut mixture and blend well. Slowly add in flour and mix until smooth.
Add the batter to two ramekins and cook for 13 minutes or until the cake has risen. Top with some smashed raspberries, ice cream, or powdered sugar + ENJOY!
