zucchini, sliced into ½ inch thick slivers

bell pepper, cut into 2 inch thick pieces

cup olive oil

Italian seasoning

tbsp
lemon juice

small garlic cloves, minced

salt

tbsp
parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cut and prepare all of the vegetables.
In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, and parsley and mix together.
Place the vegetables in a baking tray or sheet pan and coat with the oil mixture. Let vegetables sit and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Add vegetables to a medium heated grill (300 degrees) and cook until charred and cook through.
