Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 ️banana
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a pan on medium heat and mash banana.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until boiling and then reduce to low heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Top your oat bowl with your favorite toppings. ENJOY!
