raw cashews, soaked at least 4 hours

lemon juice

garlic powder

salt

honey

fresh herbs (mix of dill, mint, parsely)
tortilla chips (optional)
Instructions
Let cashews soak in water in a bowl in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Drain the water from the cashews.
In a food processor or high speed blender, add cashews, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, honey, and fresh herbs and blend until smooth.
Top with roasted tomatoes and strawberries, or a drizzle of either olive oil or honey and additional fresh herbs.
Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables and ENJOY!
