Wash and cut your turmeric into ½ inch pieces. Keep the skin on.
Add the ginger, turmeric, water, and black pepper into a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
To thicken the mixture, add your mixture into a large pot then add in your honey and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and let cool.
Strain the juice with a cheesecloth into the carafe or storage jars to remove any chunks or pieces of ginger or turmeric.
Store the juice in the refrigerator and enjoy either hot or cold. ENJOY!
