Rinse the onions and leave the skin on. Cut the ends off the onion and then cut the onion into 4 quarters. Cut the apple into cubes. Place onions, apples, and cinnamon in a medium pot and cover with the water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
Once the water starts boiling, reduce heat to low and let the onion tea simmer for 15-20 minutes. Onions should be cooked through and apples should be soft.
Strain liquid with a strainer to remove the large pieces of onion and apples.
Add the tea to a cup and add in your honey. Mix and ENJOY!
