raw tuna

tbsp
fresh cilantro

scallions

pouch
OMSOM Lemongrass BBQ sauce
Garlic Aioli
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
2
tbsp
chives
1
clove of garlic, minced
1
tsp
dijon mustard
Instructions
Pulse all of the tuna ingredients in a blender.
Roll tuna into 4 large burgers and place on BBQ or cook on skillet until cooked to your desired temperature.
While tuna cooks, make garlic aioli by mixing together all ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove tuna from BBQ or stove up, top with aioli, and ENJOY
