Lemongrass Cilantro Tuna Burgers

Ingredients  

Tuna Burger

  • 1 lb raw tuna
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup scallions
  • 1 pouch OMSOM Lemongrass BBQ sauce

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions 

  • Pulse all of the tuna ingredients in a blender.
  • Roll tuna into 4 large burgers and place on BBQ or cook on skillet until cooked to your desired temperature.
  • While tuna cooks, make garlic aioli by mixing together all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Remove tuna from BBQ or stove up, top with aioli, and ENJOY
