lemongrass tuna burgers | GIRLS WHO EAT

Whenever I see fresh wild caught tuna at the farmers market, I like to buy some because it is such a treat and is usually seasonally available. This tuna burger recipe is SO good and takes barely any time to make. What really makes this recipe so easy and delicious is the Omsom Lemongrass BBQ sauce. When you take a bite of your tuna burger, you will think you are eating out at a 5-star restaurant!

There is really limited prep to make these burgers. I recommend using wild caught tuna steaks and they will need to be defrosted or fresh! You then pulse the tuna with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor along with the Omsom sauce to get your burger. I grilled these burgers, but you can also cook on them on the stove using a large pan or skillet until cooked through to your desired temperature.

What is so great about Omsom is their modern take on Asian sauces. They teamed up with famous NYC chefs to create 3 different sauces that reflect three different Asian cultures to allow any cook to throw them into a recipe to enhance the flavor and taste. The best part is they are made with real and clean ingredients. I paired these burgers with a garlic aioli that is simple to make and is delicious served on top of the burger.
