Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add the almonds to the baking tray and cook for 10 minutes. Then let the almonds cool.
In a food processor, add almonds and blend for 10-15 minutes, stopping the processor to scrape the sides and continuing until a smooth butter texture forms. It might even take up to 20 minutes.
Once you have a creamy mixture, add in your add-ins (salt, cinnamon, maple syrup), which are all optional and blend these for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until they are mixed in.
Remove the mixture from the food processor and store in a sealed glass storage container and ENJOY!
