grated ginger

raw honey

apple cider vinegar

fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Grate the ginger.
Add all of the ingredients into a 12oz glass jar, seal it and shake it to mix together well.
Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
Take 1 tbsp at a time and repeat every couple of hours!
