Make Your Own Homemade Cough Syrup

Ingredients  

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions 

  • Grate the ginger.
  • Add all of the ingredients into a 12oz glass jar, seal it and shake it to mix together well.
  • Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
  • Take 1 tbsp at a time and repeat every couple of hours!
