raw cashews (soaked in hot boiling water for 10 minutes)

+ 2 tbsp water

lime juice

Instructions
Soak raw cashews in a bowl with boiling water for 10 minutes to allow them to soften.
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth (this might take up to 2 minutes).
Remove the sour cream from the blender and ENJOY!
