In an oven safe medium pan add tomatoes, olives, dill, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, lemon and mix together with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the feta block in the center and drizzle another 1 tbsp of olive oil over it.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes are wrinkled and roasted.
Cook the pasta on the stovetop according to package directions.
Remove the tomato mixture from the oven and mix everything together until a sauce forms. Then add the pasta to the feta tomato sauce, mix together until pasta is fully coated, and top with black pepper and more fresh herbs. ENJOY!
