No Bake Cookie Dough Snack Balls

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp date nectar, date syrup, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ️sprinkle of salt
  • chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour and cashew butter until blended, then add in all ingredients except the chocolate.
  • Mix everything together in the bowl until smooth, then fold in as many chocolate chips as you would like.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper and roll your dough into 2 tbsp balls (you can always do bigger or smaller).
  • Place your dough balls in the refrigerator and let sit for about 30 minutes to an hour to harden.
  • Once you remove these from the refrigerator to eat, let them sit for a few minutes, then ENJOY!
