almond flour

cup
cashew butter
1/2
tsp
date nectar, date syrup, or maple syrup
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
️sprinkle of salt
chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour and cashew butter until blended, then add in all ingredients except the chocolate.
Mix everything together in the bowl until smooth, then fold in as many chocolate chips as you would like.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and roll your dough into 2 tbsp balls (you can always do bigger or smaller).
Place your dough balls in the refrigerator and let sit for about 30 minutes to an hour to harden.
Once you remove these from the refrigerator to eat, let them sit for a few minutes, then ENJOY!
