Cooking & Baking Supplies

  • Baking Tray 9x9
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut four
  • salt (optional)

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and a sprinkle of salt.
  • Place this mixture onto the baking tray and flatten using your hands or a spatula so it’s about ½ inch to 1 inch thick.
  • Put the peanut butter layer in the refrigerator.
  • While the peanut butter layer hardens, put the chocolate and coconut oil on the stove over low medium heat until it melts. Mix occasionally.
  • Remove chocolate from the stove and take out the peanut butter layer from the refrigerator. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter and use a spoon to make sure it’s the same thickness across the entire bar.
  • Top with any of your favorites and place in the freezer to harden for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some additional salt + ENJOY!
