No Bake S’mores Chocolate Bark

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup vegan marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and place in the microwave. Microwave in 30 second intervals and stir in between until chocolate is fully melted.
  • Add melted chocolate to the baking pan and use a spatula to help flatten so it is even across the pan (about ⅛ inch to ¼ inch thick).
  • Add your toppings (marshmallows, graham crackers) and then your peanut butter drizzle. You can use a fork to help spread the peanut butter out.
  • Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden, then ENJOY!
