Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and place in the microwave. Microwave in 30 second intervals and stir in between until chocolate is fully melted.
Add melted chocolate to the baking pan and use a spatula to help flatten so it is even across the pan (about ⅛ inch to ¼ inch thick).
Add your toppings (marshmallows, graham crackers) and then your peanut butter drizzle. You can use a fork to help spread the peanut butter out.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden, then ENJOY!
