Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a bread tray with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, mash bananas, then add in wet ingredients (eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract) and mix well.Add in dry ingredients, baking soda, cinnamon, and oat flour and mix together well.
Fold in chocolate chips (save some for the top) and mix into the batter.
Pour the mixture into the bread tray and top with extra chocolate chips.
Cook for 45-50 minutes or until edges are a light brown
