Ingredients

onions, chopped

cups
sliced mushrooms, chopped
2
cloves garlic, minced
1
apple, diced
1/4
cup
almonds, sliced
1
tsp
dried thyme
1
tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

cooked wild rice
Instructions
In a large pan over medium heat, saute onions with the ghee until browned. Stir frequently. This could take 5-10 minutes.
Add mushrooms into the pan and saute until they are soft.
Add chopped apples into the pan and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add in minced garlic and spices (thyme, parsley) to the pan.
Add in wild rice to the pan and the almonds and mix everything together well. Keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot. ENJOY!
