Pecan Crusted Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients  

  • 2 4oz pieces of salmon
  • 3 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • sprinkle of salt + pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil (to coat salmon)

Instructions 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • Wash your salmon and dry with a dishcloth.
  • Chop your pecans and parsley.
  • Coat the salmon in olive oil and top with pecans, parsley, and salt and pepper.
  • Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes. Check that it flakes with a fork to make sure it is ready and ENJOY!
