Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together wet ingredients (eggs, tahini, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup) until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to the mixing bowl (baking soda, baking powder, almond flour, salt, coconut sugar) and stir well until completely smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Transfer mixture to a 9”cast iron skillet and use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture in the skillet (should be about ¼ to ½ inch high).
Add additional chocolate chips to the top of the cookie.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the cookie top is a light golden brown. ENJOY!
