Chocolate Almond Oat Baked Muesli

chocolate almond oat baked muesli | GIRLS WHO EAT

Baked muesli is a game changer! It is soft on the inside and lightly baked on the outside and makes for the perfect breakfast. For this recipe, I used muesli from Seven Sundays, which is made with only real and clean ingredients and mixed it together with almond milk and a banana. Adding in a banana to baked muesli makes it fluffy and adds in texture. This recipe takes 30 mins max and is vegan and dairy free.

Now you might be wondering, what is muesli? Well I have you covered. Muesli is closely related to oatmeal since it does use oats, but it’s mixed with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Seven SundaysΒ  (use code GIRLSWHOEAT for 40% off your first order) makes a whole line of different mueslis that also include grains and then a whole line that is grain free! Muesli can be enjoyed warm with milk, made into overnight oats, or baked into cookies.

This recipe is super easy to make and served hot, which is nice and cozy for a fall breakfast.

Substitution Idea:

  • Muesli: you can use just oats and add in chia seeds, flax seeds, or berries for some added flavor
