This no-bake chocolate bark is delicious and can be made so many different ways with ingredients you have in your pantry. You can add nuts, seeds, dried fruit, marshmallows – the options are endless! This recipe takes no more than 10 minutes to prep and make and is done in under 30 minutes. The hardest part is waiting for the chocolate to harden in the freezer!
What you will need to make this recipe:
- 8×8 Pan lined with Parchment Paper
- Chocolate Chips: I always use Hu Gems for these because they are refined sugar free and so delicious! Any chocolate chip will work – dark, milk, or even white!
- Coconut Oil: this helps the chocolate to melt and be smoother
- Dried Fruit: this is optional, but I used goji berries since that is what I had in my pantry. You could use freeze dried raspberries, blueberries, or even chopped dates!
- Nuts + Seeds: I used sliced almonds and buckwheat, but any nut or seed would be delicious. I just suggest chopping nuts into smaller pieces
- Peanut Butter: any nut or seed butter of your choice could be drizzled on top
Tips:
- The best part about this bark is you can add any toppings you have – I suggest something sweeter like a fruit, something crunchy like a nut or seed, and something salty if you can!Â
- You can sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for added flavor
- Adding peanut butter or a nut butter on top is completely optional
How to Store:
- Store in a sealed airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!
