Air Fryer Honey Paprika Cauliflower Tacos

The air fryer makes a meal come to life in minutes, and is one of my favorite kitchen appliances these days. These easy air fryer cauliflower make a delicious appetizer or my prefered way to enjoy them is in a taco with some avocado and cilantro. These cauliflower are packed with flavor and are ready in 10 minutes!

What you need for this recipe:

  • Air Fryer: you could also cook these florets in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey: this adds a bit of sweetness to the cauliflower
  • Paprika: this adds a bit of spice to the cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Lime Juice: this adds zest to the cauliflower

Tips:

  • You always want to preheat your air fryer! I have found that this helps cook recipes better
  • All air fryers differ, so timing may be be different based on the size and make of your air fryer

How to Store:

  • After letting the cauliflower cool, store it in a sealed airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Heat up in the microwave before enjoying!

Cooking & Baking Supplies

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions 

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and mix the dressing together (the olive oil, honey, paprika, salt and lime juice).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees for 3 minutes.
  • Place florets in a mixing bowl and coat well with the olive oil and all spices.
  • Line the air fryer with cauliflower florets , trying not to stack any on top of each other.
  • Cook at 370 for 6 minutes, then shake and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they can quickly burn.
  • Remove them from the oven and enjoy in a taco with my avocado crema or plain!
