This cinnamon maple raisin granola is the perfect mix of crunchy, salty, and slightly sweet. It is made with 9 simple ingredients that are packed with protein and fiber. I love adding in superfoods like flax seeds and almonds and this granola is a great way to start off any morning.  It also is shockingly so easy and quick to prep and this large batch makes enough for a whole week of breakfast. Plus, it’s gluten free and dairy free!

What you need to make this recipe:

  • Two Mixing Bowls
  • Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
  • Oats: try to opt for gluten free and organic oats! Organic oats help ensure that they have not been sprayed with the toxic chemical glyphosate
  • Almonds
  • Raisins
  • Flax Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
  • Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • Vanilla Extract

Tips:

  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine and mix well and then spread the mixture onto a baking tray with parchment paper
  • If you’re nut free, you can remove the sliced almonds and add in additional seeds like hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds
  • Make sure your raisins do not have added sugar in them, this is a product that you can see this a lot
  • Have your granola with nut or seed milks, over yogurt or sprinkled in a smoothie bowl

How to Store:

  • Store in a sealed airtight container (I use a large glass jar) at room temperature for up to a week!
